Laboratory capabilities and services

The laboratory has a comprehensive suite of materials testing capabilities including non-destructive testing, mechanical and destructive testing, metallography, chemical analysis, corrosion testing. 

The Failure Analysis team at im体育APP Stuttgart is highly experienced in determining root cause failure analyses, providing advice on material selection, failure prevention and repair procedures and acting as Expert Witnesses to the insurance sector.

From a welding perspective, the team also contains a number of highly experienced and certified weld and weld technology experts that provide welding procedure; welder qualification testing and welding consultancy. 

At Stuttgart laboratory, we have a large machinery capacity which enables us to offer fast turn around times on a wide range of materials.
